Electrical Heating Elements Press in Brass Coil Heaters
Product Description
1. Press in Brass Coil Heater Working Principle
Press in brass coil heater, the coil heater is designed to beset in the brass sheath, can eliminate known problems associated with the casting proces. Has quick heat dissipation, high insulation, greatly extend the service life of heaters.
The machined path in the brass for the heater enables exact repeat-ability of heat profile.By never exposing the coil heater to molten brass there are no risks of shifted heater coils, or destruction of the thermocouple junction.
Flexible design options include internal, external "wound in" or external slotted type J or type K thermocouples.
For OEM application, HT Elite can customize the brass sheathing upon request.

Our Advantages
5. Advantage:
- Has quick heat dissipation, high insulation, greatly extend the service life of heater.
- Can be built with a Micro, Mini, Flat, Low profile, or Round Nexthermal Coil Heater.
- Safety in use.
- Faster responding heater due to eliminated air pockets than cast in brass.
- Profile and heater orientation precisely repeatable.
- Thermocouple not exposed to molten brass temperatures - Improved durability.
- Potential for designing thin walled brass heaters to minimize OD impact.
- Faster responding heater due to eliminated air pockets than cast in brass.
6. Termination:
Plain leads with high temperature sleeve
High temperature lead wire with a fiberglass jacket exiting from a transition bracket, which sealed with high temperature cement.
Stainless steel braided
The stainless steel braid, provides abrasion resistance and maintains high flexibility.
